I love what Sun Cycle Studios did with their new location in the 71st Continental "Mini Mall." Talk about breathing some new life into a space that really needed it! The other businesses in there, like The Lite Choice, are probably happy to see this new neighbor. The space had been quiet for so long. And you couldn't have planned two neighbors with better synergy. Go for a cycle spin and then have a refreshing low-fat dessert.
We can't thank Drake enough for the kind words and support, and have found the Forest Hills community as a whole, far better than we could have imagined. We urge your readers to.... "Experience the Difference, Feel the Results!"
ReplyDelete$150 a month is a liiiiittle too rich for my blood... ;-)
ReplyDelete$150 is to rich for your blood??? then go try Soul Cycle or one of those cult like places in the city and pay $300 for a month. And if you break it down and actually go like I do myself about 3 times a week. It's Cheap.. So instead of going out to lunch or buying Starbucks every day.. save that money and get a package.. I love it, I love the staff, and the instructors. This place is amazing and I am one of happy rider!
ReplyDeleteThey are closed Sundays???
ReplyDeleteHow could that be?
They are not closed on Sundays. They have classes at 8:30 am and 10am.

Deleteanybody know whats going into the former taco bell next to fast break on 104th and queens blvd (where walgreens in)?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous 4/14 8:06... MUST YOU make such sweeping assumptions about people you don't know? I don't go out to lunch, I bring my lunch to work every day. I go to Starbucks maybe 2 or 3 times a month, if that. And did it ever occur to you that some people live alone, don't make six figures and don't have the luxury of living in a two (or more) income household? And that maybe $150 a month to some people is better spent on savings, or retirement, or RENT?
ReplyDeleteYou may have $150 a month going spare. Not everyone does, because not everyone shares your fortunate circumstances. You should take that into consideration before making comments loaded with assumptions, presumptions and accusations. I'm sure you wouldn't like it if I ASSUMED you were 22 and living at home with mommy and daddy paying the bills, or you were a privileged housewife sitting home while hubby brings home the bacon. Or you lived with three roommates so your bills were low. Would you?
Hey
ReplyDeleteIf its too expensive and i agree, why not join a gym with regular spinning for less?
NYHRC has an AMAZING class sched if youre in manhattan often.
