There are only 2 street fairs a year on Austin Street. Judging from the lack of interest that Vanilla Sky employees exhibited this afternoon, those should be the only 2 busy days of the year that they are busy.
I meant the street fairs. I'm looking at it from the perspective of someone who lives in the city - every neighborhood has one. Ours had a handful of local businesses in it, but most of the stuff you see at every one of them - corn on the cob, fried dough, sausages, etc.. So, are they really that special to take pics of?
Will there be a separate post on the street fair? I'd love to see some photos!
ReplyDeleteNo, sorry, they occur so often.
DeleteBut I did eat an awesome pretzel there today.

ReplyDeleteWhat city do you live in? There's a street fair every weekend.
DeleteThe place just opened, why don't you give them a chance?
The street fair is only twice a year (once in June and once in October). Maybe you're thinking the farmer's market every Sunday.

I agree. The neighborhood should have a street fair that only displays businesses that are on Austin Street, not outside vendors.
DeleteThe poster mentioned 2 street fairs a year on Austin Street specifically. One new thing I saw this year was the SeoulFood truck. It was quite tasty.
DeleteI was at the PR Day Parade. What a vibrant event. Even saw Weiner waving the flag...the PR flag that is.
