I'm on the fence about Vesna staying on as Manager. When Q first opened the food was stellar, although portions were minute and prices were Manhattan-esque. The last 2 times I ate there (Sunday brunch), service was terrible. All areas impacted by management. With that said, I'd love to see a great brunch spot in the neighborhood and I'll be Vesna's biggest fan if she can pull this off!
I'm sure Vesna is a lovely person ... my comment wasn't meant as a personal assault :) I know there are many folks who agree with me about the portion sizes vs. pricing at Q ... it's a business decision they made, and it worked for them for many years. I don't need huge portions, but I used to leave Q and stop in for fried rice next door. Keeping my fingers crossed that the new Q will be the missing puzzle piece for the neighborhood!
Wow! That is really exciting. Three new restaurants in FoHi all around the same time? I'm particularly excited about the brunch they will have.
