Walmart Won't Waver

From The Times:

Despite previous retreats in the face of community opposition, Wal-Mart is seeking sites in the five boroughs.
Wal-Mart is looking at properties in each of the five boroughs and has hired Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s former campaign manager, Bradley Tusk, to help coordinate its lobbying efforts.

  1. Millions shop at Wal*mart and will always shop at Wal*mart because they financially need to. But do they know that it does not give health and other benefits to many part-time emplyees, leaving a burden on medicaid and other public programs, just like what foreign corporations were doing business in SOUTH AFRICA in the past?

I know exactly how Wal-mart operates and I am glad that people are also aware. Check my blog at Read my article "CUSTOMERS SUPPORT WAL*MART TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EMPLYEES".
