I wanted to acquire the Quest Fitness space IF it was being sold, but it looks like that space could have just been a tenant that was evicted. It is unclear.
Quest Fitness space made sense for Rentals or a Condo/Hotel.
That looks like the new home of All Star Studios (kids dance studio). I think they are on the 4th floor. Was contemplating bringing my 4yo there. http://www.allstarstudiosnyc.com
Was a former ROW Home which got knocked down. Saw one of them a long time ago.

Price is high but it is nice to see new office space in the community.

Well, it could be worse. But, it used to be better, IMO. They are the oldest and only row houses in FH. But times, they are a changin'.
