Moca Asian Bistro Has Reopened

I walked by it today and noticed it had reopened, a few days after being closed by the NYC Health Department.

Mocha Asian Bistro, seen here last year, had been closed a few days due to health code violations

    I would NEVER eat in a place that had just been closed by the Health Department.
    Can"t trust the restaurant management.

    Restaurants have to get it right 100% of the time if they want to grow and be successful.
