Snowdays Shaved Cream Co. Coming to Forest Hills

Snowdays has three other locations, in the West and East Village in Manhattan, and in Flushing... They will be coming into 72- 24 Austin Street, the quaint little storefront where A Little Personalized used to be...

WHAT IS SHAVED CREAM?

Shaved cream is the new category in frozen desserts. It is an evolution of the Taiwanese and Korean shaved ices, which has taken over the west coast and is now moving quickly across the nation. Shaved cream pairs the fluffy texture of snow with the taste and creaminess of ice cream.
WHO IS SNOWDAYS?

Tony Quach Owner & Founder
Eric Nieves Marketing & Operations
Dewan Tarek Director of Events & Catering
I first encountered this new frozen dessert while living in Los Angeles. It was the best thing I had ever tasted, there was nothing like it. What was first a cool new place to take friends for dessert, quickly turned into an obsession and craving. Shaved cream was something that I had to bring back to New York City. So I approached one of my foodie friends in New York about the idea and without much deliberation, we had the Snowdays team.
WHAT WE DO

We produce our shaved cream in small batches every day to ensure quality and freshness. All of our shaved cream is made on premises with fresh organic dairy from New York’s Hudson Valley. We use quality, seasonal ingredients to flavor our shaved cream such as hand-roasted black sesame seeds for each batch of our famous Black Sesame and using real cream cheese in our NY Cheese Cake flavor.
Snowdays is making sure that shaved cream is no longer just a west coast treat. Our shaved cream comes in a variety of flavors inspired by the rich diversity of New York City.

We make shaved cream with New York attitude.
