I contacted Shake Shack directly and they deny having an official opening date. What's your source for the opening being next week?
They have signs saying training in progress and the space is complete. There are supplies stocked in the kitchen. Looks to be a matter of days. Can't wait! The special concretes for Forest Hills look delicious.
