More big restaurant news tonight. One of our readers says a sign is up on the old La Terrazza restaurant site, next to Midway Theater, for what is to come next: Old Vienna Cafe. Sounds enticingly exotic, doesn't it? This could be interesting...
Old Vienna Cafe sounds a lot nicer than La Terraza. Looks like the Landlord is making significant improvements to the property to make that building and that section nicer including a new boiler and HVAC unit and hopefully some facade work.
The other store where the Pizza place is, also could use a new tenant. Hopefully it will fill up soon after Old Vienna Cafe comes in.
it is not the landlord, it is the new tenant that is making all the significant improvements, the owners of old vienna are my friends so i know:))))))))

They should put a Dunkin Donuts on the other side of Midway... they would make a killing!
