I witnessed plants swaying in the building I was in, the chairs and tables rocking, as well as a crystal collection vibrating. I knew I wasn't on a cruise ship, and wondered if we were really having an earthquake. The spontaneity factor was alarming, and I questioned how long it would last. After last year's macroburst, I am not as surprised. Let's pray there will be no after-shocks. Although rare, the Office of Emergency Management should devise a routine & key facts for such occurrences.
