I think this is a rather fitting commercial for the past couple of weeks....

The only thing I would change is I would lose the dog at the end and add "The Financial Meltdown!" Or maybe, "The Debt Ceiling!" Or maybe just "Michelle Bachmann!" Or heck, "Sarah Palin! Calgon, take me away!!!"
