New Boutique For Sister Unn's Space

A reader says that a boutique is going into the space formerly occupied by the Sister Unn's performance artist group. The reader saw them hanging clothes from this designer in there: http://www.lnaclothing.com/

  1. $48 for a plain v neck tshirt. ugh do we really need that kind of boutique here?

  2. If I could think of anything I would want less added to the neighborhood it would be another random clothing shop. I don't know how business owners think they will survive with crap products and crap service. Can we get Tabatha Coffey to take over an entire street?

  3. And yet, that weird tie store where no one ever shops is still open.

  4. Well, hopefully this will attract the young and hip in Queens to Forest Hills. I like these designs, despite the price, well hopefully things will work out...

  5. I'd much rather have a pricey boutique than another store that sells trashy prom dresses.

  6. Pricey boutiques would be better for the neighborhood even if you cant afford to shop in them regularly then any cheap clothing or 99 cent type store. Though its a culinary wasteland FH is a nice neighborhood lets encourage it to stay that way!

  7. Ummmm, I LOVE the fact that this boutique is coming to the neighborhood! I agree with some of the other postings ... enough of the 99 cent stores. We have zero upscale shopping in this neighborhood. Upscale stores = upscale commuter who will come in to the neighborhood and spend money.
