New Restaurant for EuroPan Spot

A reader says the owner of EuroPan will be reopening at the same location, but as more of a restaurant with outdoor seating.

    If this is true, it's a bit strange that they removed all of the neon signange from the building and the timing is suspect in that this all happened seemingly rather spur of the moment before the next rent payment was due.
