Just curious: where does everyone buy their Christmas trees? (I didn't put one up this year.) Last year I got one from C Town, but this year they didn't look so hot. Very scraggly. The ones at the Newtown Grocery are always gorgeous, but the prices are through the roof!
We actually zipcar'd it over to the Home Depot on Woodhaven. Only $35 for a 7.5 foot douglas fir! Way better deal than the half dead stock they had on Austin, even with the zipcar cost factored in.
Wish my apartment looked that nice!

ReplyDeleteWe paid $125 for an 11" Douglas at Florist Hills Nursery, plus tip for delivery. All in, 25% above last year.
