  1. It is the UGLIEST building I have ever seen. Someone thought it would be a cool idea to bring the 90's back. NOPE.

    2. Can't agree with that. The building is beautiful. The prices probably won't be though.

    3. 90s? This looks like its from a decade we haven't experienced yet. The side of the bldg where the entrance will be is at least 3-6 months away from completion. I pass by there everyday.

  2. Taste is so subjective. I think this is a beautiful building. Sticks out a bit from other buildings in the neighborhood but sometimes when there's progression in a neighborhood, things change. Diversity is good. Otherwise, we'd still have dead factory buildings lining up the sides of Brooklyn.

  3. It would be nice if their website had anything to show. Or maybe it does and you can't see it unless you register. Ugh.

  4. I don't understand the random use of balconies. Seems like a smart developer would include large balconies on most units, as they command a premium. It doesn't seem like a lot of attention went into the design.

    1. The balconies are just about the only thing I don't like about the building aesthetically. I certainly wouldn't want to stand out on one of them!

  5. I think it looks like a Max A Prison. Certainly doesn't fit aesthetically with other buildings in FH. Maybe the apartments are spectacular.

  6. To me, the building looks more like an office building from the exterior than an apartment building. Doesn't fit in with FH.

    1. Agree with the office bldg comment - looks like a third world bldg trying to be cutting edge. Too bad, the developer didn't make the best of a great opportunity.
